    I have been eating at this restaurant since it had a shop in Costa Mesa. I absolutely love the food and it is a lot healthier then traditional Chinese take away shops. It is now no longer a sit down restaurant, but has become a kitchen that does take away only via DoorDash and UberEats and I am grateful I am still able to order the food that I grew up with. The Mongolian beef is soft and had a lot of meat to veg ratio and has a very good and nice ginger under tone that keeps the dish light feeling. The shrimps with chefs special sauce has the right amount of spice and the brocoli adds an extra health factor to it. I miss being able to add extra white pepper to it w extra homemade chili oil but I would rather be able to eat and enjoy it at my home then not have it again. An absolute must try if you love shrimp. Blows the basic honey walnut shrimp out of the water. The chow mein is a good dish that has the typical flavors of an expected Chinese American there is enough meat and the portion is enough for 2-3 hungry people. It is not overly salted and is the correct amount of seasoning without being over bearing as chow mein can get salty. If you love tofu their tofu with mushrooms is amazing the tofu with spinach is also very good. The brown sauce adds the right amount of flavor with the soft silken tofu that eats like a savory custard. I absolutely love this dish when I am feeling the craving for Chinese takeout with something healthy the brown sauce is amazing even on its own. Always enjoy my orders and will continue supporting this business.

    Picked up some Szechuan style tofu. Came with steamed rice. Under $12. Made fresh. Served in a few minutes. Nice lady up front. Flavors were good. I did add some thai chili cause i do like some more spice. Overall good experience here.
